Ashley Darby is an American performer and TV personality. She rose to fame after being named Miss District of Columbia, in the year 2011. Since the start the first season of The Real Housewives of Potomac in January 2016, she has played an important role on the show. Ashley Darby is a successful person who's driven to assist others and advocate for the holistic way of life. Being an Maryland native with a spicy personality Ashley was infused with tenacity and an unmatched drive to succeed. Ashley was a child of a single mother to provide with the children's needs and Ashley's older siblings. As she grew older, she attended college at the University of Maryland and bartended on the side to help keep her as well as her family financially secure. Ashley started bartending when she was at the Miss District of Columbia Pageant. In the year 2011, Ashley won the Miss District of Columbia Pageant crown.
